The Home Building Process
Building a home doesn't have to be a stressful effort. From planning to completion, Freeman Contracting Inc. works with you and sub-contractors throughout the process. It starts with a meeting between you, the customer, and me. We will first discuss some of the options, with price ranges, building plans, and location of lot being the first steps. Price ranges are the first step in deciding the size and style of home being built. Pre-approval from your bank is the best way to decide what amount of loan is best suited for you.
Building plans usually start with a cut-out from a magazine or a copy from the thousands of plans available on-line. I then work with you to make the necessary changes and adjustments to customize the home to fit your needs. I can aid you in selecting your lot location. The lot needs to fit your specific lifestyle and building plans.
